Due to my ability to learn new skills quickly, I became a part of the reconciliation team regardless of being new, working on a spreadsheet via Microsoft Excel consisting of over 2000 plus claims to determine, track down, adjust or cancel used or unused authorizations on a weekly task to recoup funds that had been obligated to vendors but never used, it was then used for processing backlogged pending authorizations for this FYI. In addition I was also assigned by the chief of our department to assist on identifying/ recessing denied and duplicate claims. I efficiently identified hundreds of duplicate/denied claims from previous FYI. I’ve been a part of a group of Mass and nurses working to close out thousands of outdated consults. I assisted going through a spreadsheet determining which authorizations needs to be closed (nickered) out freeing up funds for use of unprocessed and pending authorizations. 2. I assist in entering consults and authorizations for all care received at the Joint Venture. Advanced knowledge of managing a clinic. This includes independently utilizing reference sources, decision-making, and empowering the team to collaborate and resolve problems within a complex systems environment. Consider the use that Shakespeare makes of supernatural elements in the play Macbeth. In the Shakespearean era, there was an eruption of superstition and alleged witchcraft. The people of that time had strong hatred for the ‘devil worshiping’ witches and had various trials and tests to determine their fate. Shakespeare used this as inspiration for his play ‘Macbeth’ We see the character of Macbeth go through a personality transformation after a powerful predicament from Three witches. Starting as the highly thought of thane of Glamis, Macbeth is told he shall become thane of Cawdor and then king. The witches, quickly portrayed as evil, could have predicted these events, or simply planted the idea in Macbeth’s head, to exploit his fatal flaw. As the play begins, we are introduced to the witches. They speak in rhyming couplets, just as all supernatural elements in Shakespeare’s work do. This could have been to let the audience, which would have been aware of this technique, that the witches are in fact, or simply appear magical. Dolores Hayden: Dolores Hayden is a professor of architecture and urban history, who’s 1980 essay What Would a Non-Sexist City Be Like? re-imagined the relationship between the suburb and the city. Hayden’s work formed a significant feminist critique of the modern day challenges facing women who had to balance varied responsibilities and navigate inadequately planned cities.
